This is my most recent acquistion and it completes my search for my "ultimate BA station". This is a hamband only receiver covering 160 thru 10 meters, plus it provides individual direct reading frequency scales in conjunction with external converters for the 50mc, 144mc and 220mc ham bands. I have converters for these so this radio is capable from 160 meters thru 220mc. Reception capability is excellent and it operates CW, AM and SSB flawlessly. This particular model was chosen as much for its performance capability as for its linear slide rule frequency readout that compliements the similar readout on the EF Johnson Invader 2000 that it is paired with.

I'd like to thank Jon, K1VVC for giving me the chance to add this fine radio to my "ultimate BA station".
